1. 30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, without giving any reason. This includes and extends your legal right of withdrawal of 14 days (articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code).
Items must be returned complete, unused and in their original condition and packaging. You remain responsible for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
2. How to return an item
The easiest way: click Withdraw from contract (link at the bottom of every page). Enter your name, order number and email, then click “Confirm withdrawal”. You receive an acknowledgement by email.

Then send the items back, within 14 days of your request, to: Wall Agency — Lucky Deals, 71 rue Jean de Bernardy, 13001 Marseille, France. We recommend a tracked shipment; keep your proof of postage.
3. Refunds
We refund the price of the items, and the standard delivery fees you paid if you return the whole order, at the latest 14 days after we receive your request, using the payment method used for the order. We may wait until we have received the items, or proof that you have sent them, before refunding. Return shipping costs remain at your expense.
If you return only part of an order that benefited from a bundle offer (1+1, 2+1), the refund equals the price actually paid for the returned items, calculated from the bundle price.
4. Damaged, defective or non-conforming items
Write to us at gatsbird@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Under the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery), we replace the item or, if that is not possible, refund it. All costs are paid by us. You also benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). Details are in article 9 of our Terms of sale.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges: return the item as described above, then place a new order.
