These terms of use govern access to and use of lucky-deals.shop (the “Site”), published by Wall Agency (trade name Lucky Deals). Purchases are governed by our Terms of sale, which prevail in case of contradiction.
1. Access to the Site
The Site is free to access, 24/7, except for maintenance or force majeure. Wall Agency cannot be held liable for temporary unavailability.
2. Customer account
You can create an account to follow your orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time at gatsbird@gmail.com.
3. Product information
We take care to publish accurate information. Content on the Site (tips, descriptions, size guides) is provided for information purposes.
4. Games and offers
The scratch ticket, the Lucky Spin and similar games on the Site are free, require no purchase and every participant wins the advertised reward (for example a discount code). Rewards are subject to the conditions shown with them and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may end a game at any time; rewards already won remain valid until their stated expiry.
5. Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, not to harm its operation (viruses, massive automated extraction, intrusion attempts) and not to publish unlawful, offensive or misleading content (for example in a review or a message).
6. Content you publish
If you publish a review or a photo, you guarantee that you are its author and that your review reflects your own experience. You authorise Wall Agency to reproduce it on the Site, free of charge, for as long as it is online. We may refuse or remove content that breaks the law or these terms; we never change the meaning of a review.
7. Intellectual property
The elements of the Site (texts, images, videos, logos, the Lucky Deals brand) are protected. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
8. External links
The Site may contain links to other websites. Wall Agency is not responsible for their content.
9. Liability
Wall Agency takes reasonable measures to keep the Site secure. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the Site by the user. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
